1、 Transportation mode and carrier
We collaborate with larger postal express delivery companies to select the optimal shipping method for you to meet your diverse needs
1. Standard shipping: Expected to be shipped within 1 working day after order processing, with a typical shipping time of 10-15 working days.
2. Urgent shipping: The order will be shipped within 1 working day after processing, and the shipping time is approximately 5-7 working days. This service requires an additional expedited fee.
2、 Order processing time
We will process your order within 1-2 working days after receiving it. The processing includes but is not limited to order review, product preparation, and packaging.
2. Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during promotional periods or when the order volume is large. We will do our best to ensure that orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, and notify you via email or order status updates if necessary.
3、 Transportation time
1. The shipping time is calculated from the date of shipment of the order, and the specific arrival time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination address. The above transportation time is only an estimate, and the actual transportation time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as severe weather, transportation peaks, customs inspections, etc.
For international orders, the shipping time may be longer as it involves customs clearance procedures. The customs clearance time varies depending on the policies and procedures of different countries and regions, usually around 5 working days, but sometimes it may exceed this range.
4、 Freight calculation
1. The shipping cost is calculated based on factors such as the weight, volume, destination, and selected transportation method of the order. You can view the specific shipping amount on the shopping cart page or checkout page.
2. Some products may offer free shipping services, and specific conditions will be explained on the product details page or promotional activity page.
5、 Delivery range
We currently provide delivery services for a specific list of delivery countries or regions. If your shipping address is not within our delivery range, you will not be able to complete the order. But we will continue to strive to expand our delivery area to serve more customers.
6、 Logistics tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the logistics tracking number and link via email. You can click on the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's official website to check the shipping progress of your order at any time.

7、 Delivery and Receipt
When the package is delivered to your address, please make sure to check the integrity of the package and whether the quantity of goods matches the order before signing for it. If you find any damage or missing items in the package, please inform the courier when signing for it and immediately contact our customer service team. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
If you are unable to sign for the package due to personal reasons, the courier may leave a pickup notice or contact you to reschedule the delivery time. Please handle the package promptly according to the notification requirements to avoid it being returned or incurring additional fees.
8、 Return and exchange logistics
If you need to process a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team first to obtain authorization for return or exchange and detailed instructions on the return or exchange process.

For products that meet the return and exchange criteria, you will need to bear the shipping cost of returning the product to us on your own (unless the return or exchange is due to our own reasons). Please choose a reliable transportation method and package the goods properly to ensure their safety during transportation.
3. After receiving the returned goods and checking for accuracy, we will process a refund or exchange according to your request. The refund amount will not include the shipping cost for returning the goods.
